1. Where do you buy
properties?
We buy houses, single family homes, apartments
and commercial units anywhere in the United States, however,
we like to stick around the Puget Sound areas of Washington
state because we live and work in the Seattle area.
In many case we do not buy the house you may
offer. This may because there may be a better solution
for you. For example, if your home is worth $300,000,
but you owe $295,000 on it, you would have to come up with
money to be able to sell the place. In this same
scenario, if you are behind on payments, we may recommend we
do a short sale with you. The solution that is
appropriate for you depends on your situation.
2. What kind of properties
do you purchase?
We purchase any type of property in all kinds
of areas.
3. If I give you
information about my property, am I required to sell it to
you?
Absolutely not. Supplying your information does
not in any way obligate you to sell your home.
In fact, if it doesn't make sense for you to sell you
home, we will tell you that. Trust me, every problem
you may face may not require you to sell. There are
other solutions.
4. How do you arrive at a
price you are willing to pay for my house?
There are many factors that go into our
research and analysis of your property including location,
condition, local economy, and comparable property
values.
5. How much will you
charge me?
There are no fees, no commissions and no
obligations. IF, you want to list your house with us
we will gladly do so. We are the number one producing
real estate office in Washington. However, you may not
have to list your house, unless you are looking to do a
short sale, in which case the lender often require that your
house be listed.
We recommend you call us first because we can
save you the headache of continuing to make payments or
dealing with it yourself because we can buy your house so
quickly. There are no fees, commissions, or any obligations
by seeing what we have to offer. We also keep all of your

6. What happens to my
information if you are not interested in my
property?
If we have no interest in purchasing your
property then we may send it to a qualified real estate
professional in your area, but only after we receive your
permission. All of your information is confidential
and we will not disclose it to anyone without your
permission.
7. What price range of
properties do you purchase?
We purchase property in any price range.
8. How can I quickly sell
my house?
If you need to sell your house in a hurry we
have the cash available right now to buy your house. The
reason we can do this is because we work with private
investors with private funds. We don’t use banks because the
process just takes too long. We don’t have to go through the
loan approval process to wait for some committee to give us

9. How long will it take
you to buy my house?

not. It all depends on the lender you have.

process?

We need to know the property address, any loans
balances on the property, if there are any liens or
judgments, if you are behind on payments and if so how much.
Also, the overall condition of the property or any other
pertinent information regarding the house or the financing.
Once we have this information we will research the property
to determine the fair market price. We will also need to
determine what we will do with the property once we own it,
which will help us establish our offers to you.
11. Why do people sell you

size of your house really doesn’t matter.
