There is a lot of wealth to be found in real estate investing, wealth that many people are anxious to be apart of, maybe even yourself. Bird Dogs are the eyes and the ears that find properties for our real estate teams to buy, properties we wouldn’t likely find on our own. Bird Dogs go out and find them for us! Bird Dogs do not buy the properties themselves; however they search neighborhoods, communities, counties, cities, et cetera looking for properties for us to buy. Later on, a Bird Dog may advance to actually taking control of purchasing and selling properties to investors, and they are traditionally called a Wholesaler or a “flipper”.

So how does a Bird Dog benefit from doing all the searching but not the buying? Bird Dogs are paid by us, in cash, when they find a property we invest in. These properties can be single family houses, multiplexes, duplexes, apartment buildings, commercial buildings, or land. We then pay the Bird Dog a “Finder’s Fee” starting at $1000.00, and work up from there.
