		<description>A friend of mine talked to Labor &amp; Industries (washington) yesterday and here is what he found out.

I just talked to L&amp;I and they told me I had to have a license now. They said there would be no grace period for flippers. You have to have a license if the work is over $500 and you intend to sell the property within a year.  Good news is that it is only $113.40 for the registration with L&amp;I and your contractor&#039;s bond + your insurance + whatever taxes you owe + other stuff I&#039;m sure I missed.</description>
